INDIVIDUAL counselling

Individual counseling is a process through which clients work one-on-one with our trained counsellors in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Counseling allows individuals to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.

Individual counselling helps you work through challenging realtionships and situations at home or work. Our counsellors help you work through emotions, identify behaviours that you cant understand in an unbiased and non judgmental manner.
 

When should you seek individual counselling?

  • If you are coping with grief and depression.
  • If you are experiencing feelings of anxiousness and dont know how to manage it.
  • If you have gone through psychological trauma or abuse.
    If you are experiencing career dissatisfaction.

About the sessions

  • The sessions are scheduled as per mutual convenience.
  • The counsellor and client decide mutually how many sessions might be needed.
  • Typically, sessions may last from 45 minutes to 90 minutes.
  • Further counselling sessions will depend on your progress and goals.
