FAMILY counselling
Family therapy or family counseling is a form of treatment that is designed to address specific issues affecting the health and functioning of a family. It can be used to help a family through a difficult period of time, a major transition, or mental or behavioral health problems in family members.
Family counselling provides a safe environment for members to develop skills on how to work together as a team. Our professional counsellors can act as mediators, so everyone has a chance to voice their concerns and issues. Family counselling is a great option for families who need the additional support and strengthening of their communication skills.
